Response to Bankruptcy Petition

This service involves a documentary analysis of the grounds for the debtor's objections to opening bankruptcy proceedings — including verification of whether the initiating creditor's application meets the formal requirements set out in the Code of Ukraine on Bankruptcy Procedures, and identification of grounds for refusal to open proceedings.

Based on this analysis, a formal response is drafted and filed with the commercial court.
