This service is for those who want to analyze the risks in a contract proposed by a counterparty, or to understand certain contract provisions.

The service may include the attorney's proposals for risk minimization in the form of a protocol of disagreements. Following negotiations, the parties agree on a version of the contract that best serves the interests of both sides — or the client will have a clear understanding of the problematic points in the contract if changes cannot be made but they still wish to proceed.
