ECHR & International Protection
The track record of European Court of Human Rights judgments against Ukraine shows that justice cannot always be achieved through national courts alone. In the context of Ukraine's European integration, international human rights protection mechanisms are increasingly relevant.
This service is appropriate when domestic remedies have already been exhausted or are ineffective, and there is a realistic prospect of obtaining justice at the European Court of Human Rights or another international institution.
The service includes:
- Investigation of the client's prior legal history;
- Analysis of available avenues for international protection and advisory consultations;
- Gathering materials and drafting an application to the European Court of Human Rights or another international jurisdictional institution in accordance with its procedural rules;
- Supporting the international proceedings following the submission of the application.
