Debtor Sanation Support

This service provides legal assistance at various stages of pre-bankruptcy debtor sanation proceedings, representing either the creditor or the debtor.

The service includes:

• Analysis of the debtor's financial position;
• Review of the grounds for and conditions of creditor indebtedness, and assessment of whether pre-trial sanation is available without filing for bankruptcy;
• Analysis of the debtor's transactions and legal relationships with creditors;
• Developing the sanation plan;
• Supporting the creditors' meeting and the vote on approval or rejection of the plan;
• Preparing documents for submission to the commercial court;
• Participating in court hearings at all instances during approval of the sanation plan.
